Northwest Cellars Inaugural River Cruise
Europe’s Rivers & Castles
Cruising the Mosel, Rhine, Main & Danube Rivers
July 11-23, 2016
Next July we are doing something special and exciting. I cordially invite you to join me on the inaugural Northwest Cellars inland cruise, a 12 night/13 day program visiting Paris, cruising 4 of Europe’s most beautiful rivers from Luxembourg to Nuremberg, followed by a 3 night stay in stunning Prague, capital of the Czech Republic.
First we’ll spend 3 nights in Paris, the always lovely, artistic, romantic capital of France. Paris is for lovers. If you’ve never been, join us and find out why! We’ll travel by high speed TGV train to Luxembourg, one of the world’s smallest yet richest countries, before boarding the M/S AmaDante our intimate and lovely 148 passenger deluxe river ship. En route to Nuremberg, Germany we’ll cruise along the beautiful towns and amazing vineyards of the Mosel, Rhine Gorge, Main and Danube. Castles dominate the hilltops. The history of these villages dates back to the legions of ancient Rome. We’ll conclude with three nights in Prague, one of central Europe’s most beautiful and unspoiled cities. Special touring has been arranged to see enormous Prague Castle, followed by a gourmet farewell dinner for our group.
On board I will hold two exclusive tastings and a private paired dinner for our group, pouring our best work to date at Northwest Cellars. More importantly, together we’ll explore the towns and villages along the way including Bamberg, Kitzingen, Rudesheim, Cochem, Zell and Trier. If you don’t know much about these charming cities and villages, I encourage you to do some research or peruse Google Images for each.
